Beam Load Cell with Bellows 10kg/30kg/100kg/500kg to 1000kg
Beam load cell with bellows is a tension and compression load cell. It adopts bellows welding seal structure and cantilever shear beam elastic element. Beam load cell is filled with inert gas to obtain good anti-overload, anti-fatigue and anti-eccentric load capacity. Beam load cells with bellows have capacity range from 10kg, 20kg, 30kg, 50kg, 100kg,
200kg, 300kg, 500kg to 1000kg. Of course, beam oad cell capacity can be customized
according to the requirements.
The elastic element of beam load cell with bellows is developed on the basis of the elastic element of the normal stress cylindrical cantilever beam. That is, two elliptical blind holes are symmetrically milled along the length of the generatrix on both sides of the cylindrical cantilever beam, and the circular cross section is changed to a circular cross section I-shaped (as shown below). Therefore, it is called a circular cross section I-shaped of the cantilever shear beam elastic element. So this beam load cell are often used in conjunction with the root support block and the end loaded steel ball or joint bearing.
